I am running IDS 11.5 and I have a table with a blob column. I'm

In general, I'm just wondering about how to use additional free memory
for Informix. We have a lot of boxes that might have 4,6, even 8+ GB's
of memory that is never used.

 We are going to be running some intensive testing between two applications, on different databases.

The latest fixpack (1.1.3) introduces support for Informix 11.10FC2 and 11.50.
This means transparent data encryption without root access...
