SQL Admin Api Add Log09 Mar 2010 15:55 GMT-
I am running IDS 11.50.FC4 and am trying to use the SQL Admin Api to
add logical logs after the current log.  However it does not add the
log after the current log.  It adds it to the end of the list.  I want
to add a few large logs for batch processing, backup the logs, then
32 bit ODBC on Windows 2008 64 bits08 Mar 2010 13:47 GMT-
I have a case in which  a third party application requires that we use
the 32 bit ODBC driver from IBM for Informix, but we want it to run on
a Windows 2008 64 bit OS.
I have tried to read the release notes and search information on the

Folks,
We moved the IIUG server this morning to a new location, and it should have faster access.  Sorry for the downtime and disruption of service.

How much is Informix stock worth today?06 Mar 2010 16:23 GMT-
I was going through my file cabinets and emptying out / shredding old docs that I don't need anymore and I found two stock certificates for Informix shares.
The total number of shares is ~650 shares.
So what's that worth in today's market?
:-)

Why IBM/IIUG's academic initiative failed....01 Mar 2010 17:08 GMT-
All,
I realize that you don't what I'm saying, but I want to put some things in perspective.
The IIUG in partnership with IBM attempted to do some grass roots marketing on some campuses around the country.
Not sure of the results, but while there may be some "Informix Clubs", there ...
Anybody read the IBM Information Management Magazine?01 Mar 2010 16:06 GMT-
Did anyone who read the magazine read the non-Informix articles?
IBM is clearly cognizant about the capabilities of Hadoop, but something is lost in translation. The DB2 centric authors don't understand
Hadoop/HBase so they can't communicate anything beyond the initial point... ...

Building Fast Data Warehouse Schema's, Deploying a Star Schema -    a New Webcast at Tue 2/22/10 at 2:00pm EST22 Feb 2010 19:46 GMT-
Folks,

A special shout out to Jerry K19 Feb 2010 20:31 GMT-
Jerry,
Its so glad that you popped your head up out of the ground and responded to one of my comments about the DRDA stuff.
What's interesting is that your appearance also coincides with a new 'relaunch' of IBM's Informix web site.
Coincidence? I think not. ;-)
