OS is tru64 5.1.

Is the #m flag supported in the VMS version of ckpdb?  The manual says not,
but opinion is divided.  No one I've talked to (including me) has a VMS
system to try it.

Can this statement be set with SQL scripts that are run within Ingres Terminal Monitor?
