I'm working on an Oracle Forms app and the justification is doing
something strange. I have fields set to left justified, and they
justify to the left until there is more text than the field can
display, at which time they switch to right justification, showing the

I have 3 machines client, cman, and server.  I can connect to server via
cman but when I try to shut down database it gives me an error:  Can not
 shutdown/startup database while attached to a dispatcher.  Why is
this??  I am running windows xp pro, oracle 9i version 2.
