How can I to install OAS Forms & Reports Services 10g under Windows
Vista ?
I don't be able to install. Exist a new version ?

I'm setting up a test 10g r2 db on a Windows box and was going to
install RDA but see there is a good deal of info re Oracle
Configuration Mngr and RDA (MetaLink Doc ID:  Note:314422.1 ) and was
wondering how others see this.  I'm not expecting a "best practices",

I'm a former oracle developer branching out into .NET.
ODP.NET has been recommended to me as alternative to ADO to make
connections to my oracle databases from my .NET front end/business
logic layer.

I want to get error messages from running oracle reports to go to my
screen instead of to the reports.log file.
How do I do this?

I am trying to migrate the database from SQL Server environment to

I am looking to check and set the encoding of the database using sql.
Can anyone tell me which commands to use and how to obtain the list of

We are experiencing some forms and/or reports errors when run in IE7
that do not occur when run in IE6.  Has any patches been released yet

I am trying to use the Microsoft OLE DB Provider for Oracle to establish a
connection to an Oracle database.  When using this provider the Data Link
Properties dialog box prompts me for a server name.  I have been entering the
server name as the "alias" for that instance of Oracle ...
