I'm setting up a test 10g r2 db on a Windows box and was going to
install RDA but see there is a good deal of info re Oracle

ODP.NET has been recommended to me as alternative to ADO to make
connections to my oracle databases from my .NET front end/business
logic layer.

I am using Oracle Designer ver 10.1.2.2. The diagrams open very very
slowly since the upgrade to this version. Does anyone have the same
problem? Does anyone know how this can be solved? I am talking about
