i am not able to wrap line in toad

I have a problem with installation of following components:
- Oracle Portal - Oracle Application Server 10g Standard Edition (10.1.4)
- Oracle Business Intelligence Standard Edition ONE
- Oracle Database 10g Standard Edition

is there a good source control product for a small oracle shop? we use
oracle developer 10g (forms and reports), and we have some stored
procedures and packages as well. the only source control i have right
now is basically dumping the form or report into a subdirectory named

I tried to run a form created with Forms 10.1.2.0.2 on Ias 9.0.4  - there's
an error message saying "Form was created with a new version of Form
Builder" - any ideas how to "downgrade" these forms...?
