through our application with a shared library, and I am new bie in
oracle.

We met an issue with Oracle client, and hope you could give us some

On our Windows 2003 64 bit servers, currently we have Oracle Client 32

can anybody tell me how to find near duplicates in a large amount (20
million) short text labels?
Is there any database tool which does just this?
