I'm running through the installation instructions "Oracle Internet
File System" for Oracle9iAS on Solaris8 and I've hit a statement in
the guide that reads
"d. Make sure there is at least one online non-system rollback

I am standing right now before a task to install many databases on one
host. I know this is waste of resources and that all shoul be put to one
instance and managed with different schemas - but please just leave the
discussion asaid.

I had the statspack report with a wierd issue: very high
   Rollback per transaction %:   99.49
but other rollback statistics don't show many rollbacks.

we`re running out of free tapes in our lib, because
rman (using no catalog, just controlfile) wasn`t synced so far with the
