why does my SQLPlus complain that I dont have privileges ? Table C is

higher version of OUI.I got my current OUI during installation of 10gR1 and
do not know how could I upgrade it?

I am wondering what other method people use for oracle
login-authentication.
1) sqlplus login-name/password
2) use OS authentication method (I used it before, it is fine.)

I was wondering if any body had a solution to the following.

After upgrading my Oracle 10g to 10.1.0.4, I am no longer able to start
the Oracle installer.  It does not appear to copy the jre folder into
the temp directory and gives me an error that it cannot find the jre.
This did not occur previous to installing the upgrade.  Anyone else
