I'm having a problem with an Oracle Web Application written using the PL/SQL cartridge (mod_pl) and Oracle 9i as a backend. As part of the application, we are uploading files into the database. For handling upload and download of files, we are using the Oracle package:

I have just migrated from Oracle 8i to Oracle 10g on a Windows 2003 server. The server is of higher processing power. Several SQL Queries, some complex ones are very slow. Some SQL Queries run faster and some queries run slower.

Hey all, For some reason the create database option is grayed out in dbca.. I thought it may be an oraInventory problem but that seems ok. There is one other database in this oracle home and dbca can see it.
