I'm having a problem with an Oracle Web Application written using the
PL/SQL cartridge (mod_pl) and Oracle 9i as a backend. As part of the
application, we are uploading files into the database. For handling
upload and download of files, we are using the Oracle package:

I have a view which is a join of few table :

Oracle decided to desupport Oracle Names in 10g. Willing or not, we're
required to move to LDAP.
We're running here 100s of oracle instances named by the following

Hey all,
  For some reason the create database option is grayed out in dbca.. I
thought it may be an oraInventory problem but that seems ok.  There is
one other database in this oracle home and dbca can see it.
