I want to Archive data, that is to move the data once all my

I'm starting to learn Oracle on my own (WinXP box) - so I just installed
it - I see that the server was the same name as the computer....however,
during installation, all I was asked for was a password - nowhere did it ask
me for a user name - -

I've just stumbled across the new "Express Edition" of Oracle....
This release has a number of restrictions:
Max 1Gb RAM, Max 1 CPU, and Max 4Gb total DB size.....
...but does anyone know if it can be used in Production/Commercial
