| Oracle 9.2 for W2k3 installer nonsense | 21 Feb 2006 14:59 GMT | 3 |
Is it just me, or do others think that the installer proceedure for 9.2 on W2k3 is ridiculously clunky? You have to install 9.2, then apply a patch for W2k3. But in order to apply the patch you have to use the Oracle Universal Installer, which itself requires a patch before you ...

| Statspack comparison | 20 Feb 2006 23:07 GMT | 6 |
Statspack is the most vicious, foul waste of time, breath and manpower. It is truly terrible and is a disgrace to all technical and professional efforts working with Oracle. Next time I lose my keys, I'll make sure I check Google satelite maps.
