Planning to migrate our systems to a new data center env in next couple of months. Currently on 9iR2 - thought was to go to 10g but should we go straight to 11g instead? General approach is to be one release behind the latest so that we know the platform is solid as a rock.

Oracle 10.2.0.2 64 bit, Solaris 10. Here's the select? Occasionally we get an ORA-1410 on it but 99.9% of the time it works fine. It's coming from a web based application that uses a product called hibernate to access to the database.
