I ran the following command, "Duplcate target database to dupdb
nofilenamecheck".  I received the error that no log files were present
or unable to preform media recivery because of missing log.  I have
now copied the archive logfiles over to my dupdb server.  waht command

I have a duplicate database already setup that uses trhe same DBID.
If i want to synch that database I found in the books that I can run
the following commands:
# start RMAN and then connect to the databases

We have this HUGE query.  It is dynamically built, so it will be
different each time.  The problem is, we need to order each query, not
the entire UNION.   So, each select needs to have it's own order by.
Can this be done in any way??

Ok, I need help with this.  Here is my data:

I can't do a create table in a package procedure. A drop jedoch is
possible.
With google I doesn't find any hint for a necessary privilege.

We're running Oracle 10.2.0.3.0 on Solaris.  We had statspack turned
on; now we wanted to turn it off.  I removed the job, and then I
