I am using Oracle 10.2.0.4 with RMAN to clone a database from an RMAN
cold database backup. Both databases are in noarchivelog. I am using
an Rman catalog with TDPO.
The database I am cloning from is from a previous cold backup.

After installing oracle client (10.2.0.4) even thou I can connect to
my database using SQL PLUS, on some applications I am getting the

I am trying to update the Agent table, using another table US_ZIP (for the
latest data). Please note, the CNTRY_CDE of AGENT table is NULL for US. That
is what I put in the Where Clause.
For Any other country there is avalue like 022, 023, 024 for CNTRY_CDE.

I am trying to run the duplicate database command, USING an rman
catalog, but keep getting
