I have Acrobat V6.0.  I am trying to automate the printing of pdfs and
no matter which way i aproach it i hit brick walls.
I have produced a PS file and execute acrodist but i can not get it to
close after the pdfs been made. Is there a simple way? can you get a

I upgraded an OS from Win95 to Win2000
and the old Paradox 4 applications are now very very slow at the startup.
It takes several seconds to start an application.
How can I work around this matter?

We have an unusual problem with a Paradox 10 development environment here,
running on a Windows 98 computer.
If I create a simple query, with a single table, and run it. The query fails
with an "Invalid File Name" error.

where 'sed' is an executable file in current directory.

I am currently designing a Delphi app that uses paradox 4.0 tables. I've
used the BDE Adminstrator to point to P:\TPDOXDATA\Paradox\ for the
location of the net file. This directory also contains all of the
paradox tables. The Delphi app that is using this alias is located in

I have a customer that has an accounting program that was writen for her
some years ago. I can accsess the data but when I try and do a search in the
program it gives me an error "Previous Fatal Database Engine Error, Cannot

If I understand correctly, I can use Paradox interactively and work
with sql databases on remote servers, e.g., a mysql database on a web
site.  Is that correct?

Using P9, WinXP.
I've created a single-table report using the Expert.  I added a new column
to my TableFrame, and am trying to take two integer fields from a record,
divide them, multiply by 100, and display them as a percent.  I know that in
