Hi, Looking for a way to connect to a Pervasive database using Btrieve
drivers from Ms Access. Developing a system in VB 6. Any ideas?

I'm trying to set up Pervasive.SQL Server v7 (sp6) on Win2000 Server with
Terminal Services.  I have an application that I can run locally on the
server, but when I attempt to run it via a terminal session, I get Btrieve
error 3020.

I'm a long-time user of Btrieve, but there's something I've never fully
understood.  If this question is plainly answered in some documentation
somewhere, please point me in the right direction, and I'll gladly RTFM.
How does the Btrieve requester figure out what server to send its ...

I have a MS Access 2000 database that I would like to move it to
Pervasive SQL Server.
It's an invoice database that contains 6 tables which are all linked:

I have a large locksmith client who has all his sales and client data
in an DOS application which uses Btrieve Record Manager v5.10a.  The
developer has abandoned the application and disappeared.  I am forced
to upgrade the client to a windows-based application but the old app

we own a 50 user licence of a Pervasive Btrieve V7 server engine for
netware.
Now we plan to buy a new FileServer with Netware 6.5.
We will make a slow transfer of our Data from the old to the new Server.

I have a 20 user license for Btrieve 6.15 and I now need a 50 user license.
Does anyone sell upgrades to the licenses or just the 50 user license?

Can anybody tell me, how to install wbtrv32.dll ?
I tried to use BtSearch32 from www.nssdd.com to create DDF then to
export my netware btrieve v6.10f into text file it required file
wbtrv32.dll and I already downloaded then copied it into directory

I have to edit .dat files, using a dos based program  Btrieve Browse ver. 3.30.
What I need, is a help-file, a user's manual, or whatever ...

I'm totally new to Btrieve, and i need to access data from two old
btrieve databases. I've no .ddf files, no owner name, only a password. i
tried to use butil to export data but i still need the owner name of the
tables... Can i use a superuser or administrator profil, like system

i'm using Pervasive.SQL 2000i under windows 2k.
i want to create tables with names longer than 20 characters and
columns with names longer than 20 characters.
is it a pervasive limitation ? can it be fixed ? can u create longer

I am having lot of difficulty getting BREQTCP to work on XP. I have
checked the Pervasive knowledgebase and tried all the related
suggestions without any success.
Current setup as follows:

In psql v8 pervasive introduced TOP to be part of a sql query. Is there any
way to do something like this within psql 2000??
