yesterday I installed the brand new developer workgroup engine followed
by DDF Builder. PCC works as expected, but when I start DDFBuilder, I
get the above mentioned warning. Afterwards the application starts,
engine is displayed, but no databases. Clicking on "Databases" results ...

I installed WGE 8.6. The automatic tests that run after install worked fine.
But I cannot create a new DSN because the Pervasive drivers do not show up
in the driver list in the ODBC control panel.
There is an article on this problem at Pervasive's site, but the "solution"

Anyone out there could please help me find a tool to convert a btrieve
database in anything else, including text delimited files, access mdb,
excel, sql server, etc... ?

I have existing ddf and btr files in a direcotry and I wanted to
connect to them using the PCC.  I used the create database wizard, and
used advanced settings and created a new database name.
The database was created.  However when I click on Tables I don't see

this time I wonder about extended files. If the filesize exceeds the maximal
filesize of the underlaying file-system, then btrieve automatically devides the
file and creates so called extension files.

PSQL v9 SP2 is now available from http://www.pervasive.com. This is a
free upgrade for any licensed v9 user.
SP2 includes many fixes and a few important updates. File sizes have
been doubled again to 256 MB. SQL temp tables are now supported.

I need the program "Btrieve V6.15 workstation engine" so I can move my
accounting
program to an XP computer instead of my very old Win95 PC.
Unfortunally I don´t have the installation CD of Btrieve anymore.
