I'm calling a program that passes a date as a parameter into another program. The date passes through o.k., but I'm having trouble assigning it to a date variable once passed through. I use parameters frequently, but not for dates.

Progress 7.3/8.2, DB 7.3E16 (NLM) We start our application via precompiled runtime.r module ('-p runtime.r' within .pf file), calling then the main startup immediately. Two problems exist here.

I get the following error after 100 INSERT. This happens only if the table has a memo, and whichever of the autocommit mode. [DataDirect-Technologies][ODBC PROGRESS driver][PROGRESS]SQL engine Statement Mgr statement cache overflowed. 100 statements currently in use (uid cache).
