SQL stored procedure debugger. Is there one built into Sybase 12.5?29 Aug 2003 19:21 GMT1
I'm searching for a SQL debugger for stored procedures.
Someone mentioned that Sybase 12.5 comes with a debugger but I can't
find any info on the Sybase website.
Does anyone know anything about this?

I thought it was TOP(5) but that does not work..

We're in the process of migrating our Informix DB to Sybase 12 running
on Windows 2000 Server (apologies for not knowing much about the
Sybase software).  Our software vendor has advised that when a
database is restored, the data distributions generated via the update

don't we have to quiesce the repserver, then do the suspend stuffs, like
suspend log transfers, suspend connections etc, before we shutdown the server??
or does the normal shutdown do all these for us??

occurred" for this:
SELECT POWER(2,31)
but this computes without error:

I have the database log file from yesterday.
The backupsoftware have not backed up the database file since june 12

I changed config file, and said to start more engine.
but if i do nothing both engines run in the first processor.

on our sun/Solaris 5.8 we run an ase 11.5.
I have tried to create a database dump (as many times before):
