I'm planning to develop application on Linux and the application need
to update table on ASE reside on AIX. Do I need to install connection
tool/ODBC on my Linux machine, where do I get it? Does it come
together with the ASE installation?

I have a query (like a stored procedure) which executes in Sybase IQ
12.4.3 but not in IQ 12.5. This query is run on a Sun Solaris system.

Hi...trying to reverse engineer an access database to Oracle with
Powerdesigner 9.  I'm attempting to do so via an ODBC.  When I attempt
to connect I get the following error:
