I am getting the following error on Sybase Adaptive Server 15
Error 1581
"Create index was aborted because pages in the data only locked table
are not linked"

I have a problem to connect to Sybase with Java. The Java's DataSource
identify the schemas, but don't identify the tables.
Anyone had this problem or knows how to solve it?

I am a junior dba - still trying to learn as much as I can. I would
like to calculate the current size of my DB as well as my DB server. I
am currently using DBArtisan however would like to know the syntax/

We use bcp to populate data in tables. Tables have partition for each week.
Problem is sometime by error we get Future's data. So while bcp throws error
that
"one or more Rows do not belong to any partitions" and then it aborts bcp

When i load to database a big file I have error: not enough procedure
cash. I change the procedure cash and try to load file again. Then the
sybase start to work slowly. Whatcan do that it works quickly?

I have a *.db file, which could be a sybase or a paradox db (not sure
about it). Kindly suggest how to crack the db and get the contents of
the db to MS Access.
Also suggest, how to know if the db is paradox or sybase.
